Dear Internet Friend-

My name is Matt Kilsdonk and you are here because you are about to hear
a story about how a teenager from a little town in Wisconsin quickly
turned $10 into $3000, thats right THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. AND HOW YOU
CAN DO IT TOO!!

But first let me tell you what this is not. I didn't have to do any
MLM, or affiliate marketing to make this money. No I didn't have to
work all day to make this kind of money, I didn't have to stuff
envelopes, or go door-to-door, didn't have to make a website, or
dropship. It was all quite simple (If you don't know what some of those
terms mean, don't worry you aren't missing anything)

I made $2990 profit from a storage unit auction, thats right a storage
unit auction. You know those buildings off the side of the highway, I
am sure you have seen them, you most likely have even used them at one
time or another. But have you ever wondered what happens when the
person that is renting out a space stops paying for their unit. Well
that is where I come in, The owners open up the unpaid units and
auction off the items inside. And these are happening all the time.
These units have piles of merchandise waiting for you to pick them up
and sell them. These are also called storage shed auctions, or public
storage auctions.

took a 10'X 10' storage unit and sold everything within a month, I also
took some time off during the month so it was probably closer to
selling everything within 2 weeks. It wasn't hard at all!

I wanted to thank you for your ebook. I recent went to my first auction
and with your incite I really enjoyed my first auction. The auction I
attended was a piece or boxes at a time and not a whole unit. It gave
me a good understanding of what type of things people storage in
storage units. From junk to great stuff. I spent only about $60 total
and had a loaded Van of Stuff ( mind you I took out all but the front
two seat in our mini van. Wow.

I began to list some things on Ebay and already have nearly doubled my
money. Not counting the items I haven't listed yet and those which I
have put away for the yard sale. And of course the things we decided to
keep.

If I had to estimate the outcome of my first auction I'd say it was at
least 5 times what I paid for it. Not bad.

I'm going tomorrow to another storage auction and this one they are
selling whole storage units. I'll keep you posted.

Listed below is two screenshots of my PayPal account showing withdrawls
from February 29th (remember it was a leap year) to March 25th which is
26 days the total $2708.60, the rest of the $3,000 came through Checks
and Money Orders.

If you are not sure how to read this, it shows the amount of money that
I took out of my PayPal account and put into my savings account. The
net amount is the amount that went into my savings account, so on March
14th I put $217.94 into my savings and the very next day March 15th I
put $352.83 into savings. So almost every day I was putting more money
into my savings account!!

Did you see the 29th that's right I pulled in $1,023.02 in one day!!
